Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Most in-stock orders begin processing within 48 hours of being placed. Processing may be extended during weekends, promotional periods, and holidays.
- Shipments: Items ordered together may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages.
- Order Changes: Orders are processed quickly after placement. Please contact our customer care team immediately if you need to make a change or cancellation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- International Orders: We currently do not offer direct international shipping outside the United States on our website.
- Delivery Addresses: We require a physical street address for all deliveries and cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives with damage from transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the steps to provide documentation and arrange for a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges

- Return Policy: Unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item price.
- How to Start a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team. You will need to provide your order information and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Important: All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the package for proper processing. Returns received without this number may incur a processing fee.
- Exchanges: We are happy to assist with exchanges for a different item if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned unused in its original packaging.
- Defective Items: While each handcrafted piece is unique, if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with details and photos for review.
General Policies
- Price Adjustments: We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchased is reduced in price within 24 hours of your original order date. This does not apply to items purchased with a promotion code or other special discount.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, email receipt, or packing slip, is required for all returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
